Trans-USA books

A list of books on trans-USA crossings that I have obtained:

Some books I have been unable to obtain, which include Bruce Tulloh's and Don Sheherd's account of their respective crossings in the 1960s and 70s. I would be very interested in obtaining a copy of either book if anyone has a copy they would like to loan or sell.
